It is important to note that you are hiring Brewer Financial Firm, LLC for business and financial services. In doing so, you are creating an employment or engagement agreement. This agreement states that BFF will provide tax return preparation and/or related services to you the taxpayer, for compensation.
Services Available. Under the services tab, you will find all services available to you. Each service provided, we be based on information that you provide. It is not the practice nor procedure of BFF, to validate your information. Although, if information seems to be altered or display reasonable doubt as to validity, we will ask the necessary questions to meet the due diligence set forth by Federal laws.
Applicable Fees. Under the services tab, the fees are displayed. Most services come with a nonrefundable deposit. It is important to ask questions in regards to fees before signing any documents. Once documents are signed, it is the policy of BFF, that no refunds will be issued. Fees are determined based on the complexity, the organization, and the length of time it took to provide you with the service you are hiring our office for. Your fee is also based on the level of expertise, qualifications, and credentials that our professional has.
Client Responsibilities. It is your responsibility to provide all the necessary documents so that we will be able to better serve you. It is also your responsibility to communicate with the office of BFF and to provide accurate information and documents. In order for us to better serve you, we expect you to be honest and ask any questions you have before signing any paperwork. It is your responsibility to arrive to appointments on time, whether in person or virtually.
Confidentiality. We will not disclose any of your privileged information, unless required by law, without written instructions from you.
