Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of software access, onboarding, setup, training, and service bureau services, all sales are final once access, onboarding, setup, training, or service activation has begun.
Refunds are not provided for failure to complete onboarding requirements, failure to provide required documents, change of mind, lack of business readiness, or failure to meet software, bank product, or compliance approval requirements.
